Blueberry-Blackberry Sauce
INGREDIENTS
6 oz | Packaged Blueberries |
6 oz | Packaged Blackberries |
1 | Ripe apricot diced or 3T dried apricots diced |
¼ cp | Black Currant Balsamic |
½ tsp | Lemon zest |
Directions
In a medium sauce pan combine ingredients and simmer 15-20 minutes, or until reduce by approximately half.
Serve over pork loin, roasted chicken, or duck. Try on pancakes, waffles, or cheesecake.
